PADELCUBS LEVELING SYSTEMS
The padelcubs programme is based on a curriculum that helps participants learn to padel from zero. This in itself is a challenge. Different skill sets, different age needs, different learning styles and different experiences to racquet based sports all play a part in making sure EVERYONE can have an enjoyable, effective and memorable first time padel expereince.
Padelcubs tackles this by approaching our program from a sports pedagogy approach and not a competition based one. The main difference is, in padelcubs we help you acquire the skills needed to play padel as fast as possible regardless of your learning speed. While competition based programmes can leave many new comers felt left out if they do not catch on quickly.
In every class participants can expect a padelucbs class to be using: A. Game Based Approach B. Ambidextrous Aware and C. Leveling Structured. These three approaches helps classes be designed in such a way that foundational mechanics and body functions to play Padel can be assessed and enhanced by doing simple, yet effective exercises.
To further elaborate, here are some of the questions we have received:
Question - "I have never played any racquet sport before. Is it possible for me to learn?"
Answer: Yes, at Padelcubs' Tiger Level, or our introduction class helps new comers have fun on court by acquiring the neccessary skills needed play padel, such as ball awareness games, grip introduction and learning the fundamentals of playing padel."
Question - "I know how to play padel, i want to introduce it to my friend but I don't know how, can we come to a padelcubs class?"
Answer: You have come to the right place, in a private session we can play mini games that help your friend as a new comer and you as a confident player. Learning at different levels is a great way to enjoy a shared experience in a padelcubs class.
Question - "My kids need an activity and I was wondering whether a sport like padel would be good for them?"
Answer: Padel is a racquet sport that has a great record of helping kids in many areas. Grip strength is proven to help students with their writing skills, hand eye coordination has proven to help cognitive development (It makes them smarter) and structured play is proven to help children with emotional regulation and stress relief.
Having a well structured system to help new comers come on board to padel is a win-win for everyone.
