6. FRANCHISE ENQUIRIES

PadelCubs operates as a padel education franchise concept, offering interested individuals and organisations the opportunity to establish and operate a PadelCubs programme in their region. Information on the Website relating to franchise opportunities is provided for general awareness only.

By submitting a franchise enquiry, you acknowledge that: franchise discussions are conducted entirely off-platform via direct communication with PadelCubs; the content on this Website does not constitute a franchise offer, contract, or binding commitment of any kind; all franchise agreements are subject to a separate and formal franchise agreement document; and PadelCubs retains full discretion over the selection and approval of franchise partners.

Any materials, tools, training programmes, or business frameworks shared with prospective or active franchise partners are proprietary to PadelCubs and subject to the terms of the relevant franchise agreement.

7. MEMBERS, COACHES & PORTAL ACCESS

The PadelCubs Website hosts a dedicated section for coaches, franchise partners, and enrolled participants, which may include training materials, business tools, achievement certification records, and programme resources (the "Portal").

Access to the Portal is granted only to authorised users with valid credentials issued by PadelCubs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify PadelCubs immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. PadelCubs reserves the right to revoke access at any time if misuse is suspected or confirmed.

All training materials available through the Portal are the exclusive intellectual property of PadelCubs. Coaches and partners may use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering PadelCubs programmes in accordance with their authorisation. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use outside of an authorised PadelCubs programme is strictly prohibited.

Achievement certifications issued through the Website or Portal are the property of PadelCubs. These certifications validate participation and skill progression within PadelCubs programmes and may not be misrepresented or used in contexts not aligned with PadelCubs' educational standards.

8. PARTICIPATION & SAFETY

Participation in any PadelCubs programme involves physical activity. All participants, or their parents and guardians in the case of minors, are responsible for ensuring that the participant is in suitable physical health to take part in padel activities.

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, physical limitations, or injuries to their coach prior to commencing sessions. PadelCubs and its coaches reserve the right to suspend or restrict participation where there is a reasonable concern for the health or safety of the participant or others. Participants and guardians accept that padel, like all sports, carries an inherent risk of injury, and that PadelCubs takes reasonable steps to minimise such risks through qualified coaching and safe programme design. PadelCubs does not accept liability for injury arising from failure to disclose pre-existing conditions, or from failure to follow coach instructions.

9. CHILDREN & SAFEGUARDING

PadelCubs is committed to the highest standards of child welfare and safeguarding. The safety and wellbeing of all young participants is a core value that underpins everything we do.

Enrolment of a child in any PadelCubs programme requires explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a child, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the authority to do so and that they agree to the relevant programme terms communicated directly by PadelCubs.

PadelCubs may capture photographs or video footage during sessions for use in promotional, educational, or documentation purposes. Separate consent for such use will be requested at the time of enrolment. You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying PadelCubs in writing.

Children under the age of 13 should not use this Website independently. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through this Website without verifiable parental consent, we will take prompt steps to remove such information from our records.
